TylosExpo 2023: Is expected to be held August 26th and 27th 2023. Any idea requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the official date for review and preperation. If you plan to attend please ensure to notify “me” ASAP to get a accurate head count.
TylosExpo 2023 is going to be held at a different location than previous years, any questions regarding this change must be directed to me at your earliest convience. Please note that this change was in favor of the new things to be seen at this years event.
This years TylosExpo will be holding Official Tournaments & Contests with real prizes, this Includes Money! Hopefully this creates more competition between contestants and teams. Please note that teams will be assembled at the digression of the Administrators of the event. Meaning you might not be able to get the teammates you desire.
However this is so the teams can be created balanced. Event holders use Online Statistics to back team building decisions. If you have any complaints regarding the teams once finalized then be sure to contact the event organizers quickly as to raise concern before the last minuete. Don’t fret however, there are more independent Tournaments to be won as a individual contestant this TylosExpo. You yourself can take home the gold in our braket based Tournaments. The passage below will go through the already finalized Tournaments & Contests!
Everybody is under scrutenty of one other! Attendees will vote on one anothers computers based on Physical Appearence and Software Solutions for day to day use (please note that event organizers cannot’ win prizes or be voted for). People may demonstrate their setups to one another! The voted winner has a chance to win a MONEY PRIZE!
Below this are a list of Tournaments that are to be expected at the day of the event.
Prizes for winning teams will be handed out as follows: The best performing player based on In-Game stats gets the Big Prize, If teammates argue over who deserved the Big Prize then they need to have a 4 way match up freeforall to find the best among them in battle. The other teammates will recieve mini-prizes.
All Attendees are expected to participate in the organizer’s events in one way or another. This is to ensure that all attendees can have a great expierence by setting precedence as a attendee. All guests of the event must maintain proper behavior throughout the event. If guests cannot behave at the definition provided by the organizer, they may be removed and banned from the event as a whole.

Lastly, Games! Its important to have the following games in your Steam Library so you can participate. Please note, ownership of these games are not a requirement and you can still attend without as the organizers may provide alternatives. However it is recomended to show up with actual ownership of the listed titles as to not cause issues during the prep stage of the event’s organization. We want all contestants to be able to compete with fair players and a predictable enviorments.

Event organizers will be preparing concessions for the day of the event. Sheet Pizza, Chips, Soda, & Candy will be provided throughout the LAN Party as a complimentary addition to the already awesome Expo! If you are having trouble locating them during the event, do not hesitate to ask event organizers for directions.
